Add Remote Folder #2

Sounds like what it is. Just like a local folder can be added to a project, it would be great if a remote folder could be added. I work on a lot of projects remotely, and this would greatly speed up my workflow.

If this is non-trivial to add, please let me know and I can try to help make it happen as I would greatly benefit from this feature.

Either I don't have permission or GitHub moved it on me, but I was going to label this as an "Enhancement".

I think it's about time I fully tested the rewrite I wrote to allow for custom ports and I don't see any reason not to investigate adding this functionality too.
