Add support to PowerShell scripts #9

If we support bash scripts only, we will lose windows only developer community therefore we should support PowerShell scripts also.

@ebonynon this is a good idea but the whole point of 'bashaway' was to promote bash scripting. Anyways let's see what can be done. @Shehanka WDYT?
