Important: this might be optional or extra.

To simulate a real environment, damages or malfunctioning of the agents must be considered.

[ ] Re-establish leader if it cannot work anymore
[ ] State the minimal number of working agents needed to carry on with the mission
[ ] Provide some fleet maintenance in case of failing agent(s)
[ ] Devise an "abort mission" behavior

This can be left as a functionality even after the payload has been attached to the fleet. Since the actual interaction is not in focus, we can just assume it's done in "some" way
