Long duration CAN logging #7

Hello @slimelec , Thanks for the feature packed tool. The two CAN softwares you've linked in the ReadMe for Windows support saving the trace but stops after a few minutes. Do you know how we can do logging for a long time, say overnight? Thanks.

Hi @EarthLord, have you tried to use this firmware? https://github.com/slimelec/ollie-hw/releases/download/v0.3/pcan-ollie.zip instruction on how to flash are in the README.MD. You can use this firmware with Busmaster

Alternatively you can write a simple python script to log messages with candleLight or slcan firmware. Let me know if you need help with the script. Cheers.

Thanks, we'll try out PCAN firmware with Busmaster.

In any case if you have the script ready, please share that too in the codebase. It'll help us and many more.

Good afternoon. I noticed that out packets at a frequency of 10ms stop after 30-40 times, what is the reason?
