Currently the default orgs only have a few static events that are created at startup. I want to add the ability to periodically create random events to simulate the volume of events that would be seen in a production setting, and to have them coming in at realtime. Allow for different volumes: low (once every couple minutes), medium (several per minute), high (1+ per second), etc.
