Update travis config to fix broken ci setup #299

This PR fixes the currently broken travis-ci config. I just fixed the config "as-is", the whole ci setup could use some more polishing like more recent PHP version.

Nevertheless the current setup shows a broken unittest in PHP 7.0 context. @slimndap looks like you were fiddling around with a comparable issue at https://github.com/slimndap/wp-theatre/blob/8f9a51f8315b0528456a050f87fbbc7e80bdd246/tests/test_css.php#L96-L102 I will file a separate issue to fix this.
