Add Service #207

I want to add service class for separate repository from action so it can put in service layer.

This pattern only adds another layer of complexity for users to wrap their heads around without adding a lot of value. These are highly opinionated design choices that I don't believe belong in the skeleton. You are more than welcome to fork the repo and create your own skeleton with the design choices you see fit and other users can use it. Thank you.
