feat: Standalone Sensor Mode

• 383 groundwork for adding the new mode

• 393 - complete files list in creport.json

• iximiuz/docker-slim/pull/19 - new/refined flags
• iximiuz/docker-slim/pull/20 - writing events to a file
• iximiuz/docker-slim/pull/21 - overriding start command's AppName and AppArgs
