Recognise more keywords in SQL syntax highlighting #191

There's a nice list of keywords here that would be useful to syntax highlight 
as well, specifically on Stack Overflow:

Another keyword used in SQL Server is "APPLY"

Thanks! Note that in revision 202, you have misspelled "APPLY": You wrote 
"AAPLY"... :-)
