Save and continue fails to work properly when adding a new MenuOption #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Go to add a new MenuOption
2. Fill in the form
3. Select "Save and Continue"

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should save the item and then redirect to the edit page for the item. Instead 
you get sent to 
add/<item id>/
