Currently there is an RPM which contain a tgz with the libcloud version needed by the SlipStream Client. This tgz is copied into /opt/slipstream/downloads/ during the installation of the RPM.
When needed Orchestrators downloads and extracts this tgz.
But for the SlipStream Server (which uses the SlipStream Client) we need to install manually with pip the same version of libcloud.
So during an update of SlipStream, we need to manually update libcloud installed in the server.
