Ensure the SlipStreamClient works through a proxy

Currently it doesn't. It should use the proxy automatically, taking the required informations from the usual environment variables.

It might be straightforward once the following PR is merged: #339

The PR mentionned above has been merged. Need to check if now it works through a proxy.
