substitute usage of machine cookie with api key/secret #383

@0xbase12 NB! Libcloud-SixSq-zip dependency is commented out as it didn't work for me with it. Need to check this

Relies on https://github.com/slipstream/SlipStreamPythonAPI/pull/66. Please merge it first.

@0xbase12 I just pushed a fix. It relies on this small change in SlipStreamPythonAPI https://github.com/slipstream/SlipStreamPythonAPI/commit/b364fc88f77ee9aeb3d2ac377661cc376980a844. I already pushed it to master.
