it happens when Exoscale returns VMs with NIC that do not have an "ipaddress" field. Then the job fails and we don't collect info about any VM.
This has been happening consistently for SURFSara in HNSciCloud, where some VMs have multiple NICs, and these extra nics do not have an ipaddress. Due to that, no VMs are accounted for for that tenant. Ex: https://nuv.la/webui/cimi/job/05388eca-7638-4297-8f34-7faddfe4698e
