Allow to create childs with multiple cells by substituting empty cells #78

When a child uses the table editor and consist of multiple cells and the child is currently null, the user cannot type in the cells of the not existing child. He has to press enter first to create the child.

There is currently no way to specify the substitute info for these cells and create the child automatically.
