Add a Horde of Miscellaneous Monsters #8

Have I added the 'Men' entries correctly? I didn't add them all - should we not add any until they are all added?

How about the MM2 items for multi-HD monsters?

@verdammelt can you resolve the conflict from the other PR merges?

I think we are fine to jump around. That's what I've been doing as I prepare my next campaigns. It took us a few months to get through my last round of preparations, but I'll probably be diving in and adding a few more shortly.

I've personally only been focused on MM1 since it's such a big project anyway, but I'm all four adding more MM2 and FF monsters here and there as we go. I think as long as they are properly organized and not mixed up in each others' files, then the more the merrier.

I'll see what I can do... Not has hard as I imagined. This should be ready for merging now.
