use networking for data transfer

Joy wants SF to use networking to transfer data between the dll and exe instead of text files. He says the old SF networking code is unstable so we can try to use it as a base but fix up any problems we find.

Still a bit unstable. The client stops reading messages after random time (usually several hours) but still sends them iirc.
