Summary

StoreManager script (currently only sets up display cases)
ItemStand script (creates interactivity for the item stands)
ItemSlot & item display prefab combo
Various pixel assets

Current behavior of item stand interactions

When player approaches a stand and there is no item, the inventory ui opens
When player leaves trigger zone of stand, the inventory ui closes
On load, if a stand has a scriptableObject (item data) attached, the stand will have the item sprite rendered
