[Issue#41] Basic store npc spawner script #42

Summary

Basic store shopper spawner script. Current behavior includes:

When script is in active state, spawns one shopper at a time
If there are no items to be bought, shoppers leave the store
There is a daily limit of shoppers (default set to 5)

*Note: with this PR, script automatically runs when Store scene loads -- 'opening' the shop will be handled in a different issue.
