[Store] Ability to save stocked items to game state #45

Description

Currently stocked items will disappear when a user reloads the Store Scene, we want to keep this data persisted otherwise loot will be gone forever!

Requirements

Integrate the IDataPersistence class into the Shop Scene.
On save, save the following data:
- Item location (which item stand the item was on)
- Item set price (currently it is a fixed price)
- Stack count (not used atm but will be when https://github.com/sllewely/capitalismgame/issues/43 is completed and integrated)
On Scene load, the saved item data is loaded onto the display stands

Notes

Up to devs discretion how often the save functionality is called, at a minimum it should happen when a player changes scenes.
Before https://github.com/sllewely/capitalismgame/issues/46 is complete, it might be better to disable the NPCSpawner script.
Up to dev discretion for best way to serialize the data.
