Add a self serve overlay for public use

SLMN.GG's broadcast systems are a little closed off due to the use of Airtable and how it doesn't have granular access - if we want someone to access the broadcast data, they have to be given access to the whole database.

A new overlay to be developed should solve some problems and have these requirements:

[ ] Be autonomous, use SLMN.GG data but don't edit anything
[ ] Still use the styling/remote control from SLMN.GG where feasible
[ ] Be user friendly and idiot proof
[ ] Look good and make it easy to look good
[ ] Allow for expansion for eager producers

A few things needed:

[x] Break overlay needs the display section set
[x] Need to be able to change the first_to - currently hardcoded to FT3
[x] Set map winners

I want to add a desk thing here, but that's going to need to wait for manual guests to be added.
