add new airtable cdn domain to allowlist #150

This is a temporary, basically untested mitigation for issue #149, though I have no idea how it will react to Airtable's new URL expiration. I also expect GIFs to break again, as Airtable's new URL schema doesn't share file extensions anymore.

This is going to need some more work - basically reordering the logic to load images, detect the filetype, then process or send it. This patch should work for now and allow more things to be straight downloaded for now.
