This command is targeted at the workflow of bringing the SLMN.GG bot along to new external servers. Using a /setup command in a channel could save the channel's ID to the user's client's broadcast. We can let it detect multiple things - such as caster audio, production audio and live text channels.
We could also have a command to show the current configuration for that channel (maybe just /broadcast)
