SLMN.GG Learn - Githubissues

This consolidates all the various guides, tutorials and tools we've had in the past into a single portal with a consistent design: slmn.gg/learn

The observing guide has been rebuilt to be more interactive (guide videos, OS picker) and suggests using our automated tools. There's also a new separate Overwatch Settings Guide with mandatory and recommended settings.

The slmn.io/obs and swap.zsr.app tools have been integrated and their design has been adjusted accordingly.

The Broadcast Routes Wiki has been integrated (now with search), with the possibility of adding interactive features in the future.

There's still some things that need to be done before this can get merged:

[ ] General: The Bootstrap tabs component is not themed properly
[x] General: Link to Capitiano's Observing guides, maybe make them pages instead of SLMN.GG articles(?) Edit: Actually now that I've revisited I'm not sure about this one. The guides are great but target Solo/Duo Obs which we don't really do much. Might still make sense to link though.
[x] General: Add embed metadata and tab titles to more stuff
[x] OW Settings Tool: Actually store backup somewhere
[x] Scene Collections Tool: Needs to be updated with latest changes at slmn.io/obs
[x] Add the Standings Wiki Page as a tool
[x] OW Settings Guide: The controls section is unfinished
[x] OW Settings Guide: Some of the settings might be unnecessary, test and remove them
[x] Observing Guide: The OBS Setup section is missing AMD encoder settings
[x] Observing Guide: The Virtual Cable section needs more video examples (and replace some of the images with videos)
[x] Observing Guide: Explain zeroing out and healthbars
[ ] Companion Guide: Actually write the guide. We should probably add downloads to the companion setup as well Moved out of scope for now
[ ] Companion Guide: Explain the flow for setting up the static cams sheet stuff Moved out of scope for now
