Set auth cookies to be on root path #227

This is why auth was not working on the current dev slmngg deployment

Is this all it needs & is tested? I know the cookies were very tricky before

It worked on localhost for me (but that doesnt mean much tbf). I was looking at the cookies on dev and there were 2 auth cookies, one with nothing on / and one that was correct on /auth. So I think this PR would fix that issue
