Socket events don't trigger after the server reconnects (through a server restart)

This is either because:

• the socket mixin doesn't re-bind functions for listeners
• the client doesn't retransmit prod-join on a reconnect
• something else on the server with _clientName

I haven't had this issue recently, it's either fixed or was a separate bug
