Move away from vdo.ninja for player cams #263

Our player cam system is built on vdo.ninja due to being based on the same tech as our caster cams. Unfortunately, the peer to peer nature of vdo.ninja can cause serious performance issues for players when their feeds are being accessed from multiple different points. LiveKit is an open-source SFU, meaning that all packets get forwarded through a server, reducing performance issues significantly. They also provide an elegant SDK for accessing video feeds.

This also gives us the option to rethink if the concept of live guests is necessary. Live Guests create a lot of unnecessary records, and for cases where we need a Live Guest from someone who's not a player, we can always make fake ones.
