Community stream page #42

An issue I've had is not knowing which bpl-affiliated players are streaming right now besides one or two who already are popular. A page to show who is streaming right now and a link to their slmn.gg page would be cool. Some similar ones to look like would be like Lichess

We already have Twitch links from players as part of their socials, but dedicated stream information could be added. There are many sites we can use as examples for how to show stream links. We could tie this back to a player's page too.

We'd also need to contact the Twitch API for checking who's live - maybe that's something that can be done on the server which updates the database? That seems like the smartest idea for the current stack.

There'd need to be an approval process (maybe a form with a short bio?). This could be part of Socials records (✅ Show as Stream / Stream Bio / ✅ Live ?)

Milestone is probably after slmngg-sfc rollout onto slmn.gg
