Integrate the GeoBatch REST interface

The nfms-admin-interface application should be able to substitute the usage of geobatch GUI so it must provide a way for:

• show the status of the flow in near-realtime
• show the log of the flow
• start/stop/pause the flow and upload files if they are needed for the flow start

In order to implement these features use the GeoBatch REST interface

This taskis also assigned to @alessio-alfonsetti and must be further detailed with more fine-grained issues.
