The second step of the data Upload workflow consist in a form which ask for the metadata related to the data. This form of course will be different depending on the type of layer the user want to ingest.
The third step will ask for a confirmation of the inserted data and if the data inserted are confirmed the flow will be started.
The server implementation of the confirm button in the step 3 is leaved to another issue.
