When trying to deleting an existing layer related to a StatsDef, the end user would get the following error message and the layer would not be deleted:
Instead. if the layer is not related to any StatsDef, the layer get deleted correctly.
Proposed solution is to handle the exception properly and provide the end user with a proper informative popup.
