Consider grabbing a list of proteins with large structural conformations and simulating

I think we can find a published list of some proteins with large conformational changes and spin off simulations of these and run through the analysis. Correlations between angles with large directional flux may be more apparent with more data.

I think this could also help with the question of predictability and enhancement: can we make any predictions of the sort: would a mutation from residue X to residue Y increase the motor-like tendencies of this residue (or this protein)?
