Change namespace #5

I would prefer not to use Android.Dialog

It feels like the namespace Android belongs to someone else....

I'd rather use something that can't cause a hideous clash at some point in the future...

Maybe MonoDroid.Dialog again?

I'd really like to move this out of Android - I guess Android is a namespace that Xamarin could use... but I'd much prefer to have this somewhere separate...

Currently I'm using FooBar :)
