[Feature request] Possibility to select least prefered encoder for Live TV #67

To avoid conflicts with recordings it's possible to set mythfrontends to
select the least prefered encoder for Live TV. That would be great to have
in mythbox as well as a configuration option.
In livetv.py _findAvailableTunerWithChannel the tuner selection is made.
Have patched my mythbox with tuners.reverse() and that does the job.

Since having switched over to using the myth:// protocol support just for live 
tv in 
mythbox, I don't have control over which tuner is chosen.
