[Feature request] Keep Live TV running until stopped by user #68

It seems that Live TV stops according to the end time for the current
showing. It would be nice to have the "classic" behavior and let it run
until the user decides to stop watching or switch channel. Also to avoid
that a showing that overruns the scheduled end time (like sports) is
stopped premature.
