FR: Loading Dialog #93

This is a feature request (FR).

I would like a loading dialog to be on the screen while the script is first
starting up. The reason is because I launch MythBox directly from my skin
menu (Not sure what the technical name is) and it takes about 4-6 seconds
to start up. Sometimes I accidentally double click and start two instances
of MythBox (which messes things up). 

Any how, a loading dialog is simple so I created a patch that implements
it. I apologize if the code does not fit the standards of this project, but
given the simplicity I'm sure you can tweak it in less than a minute.

Added splash screen.  Didn't want to have to deal with 'Cancel' button since it 
is not applicable.
