Trying to get the app started. Got it running and seeded data but nothing on page when I load.

I do not currently have installation instructions. The live version of the app can be seen at http://www.hamcamp.co/#/. If there is enough demand I would be more than happy to set up this repo so that others can make a Hamcamp-like app.
