Adds example in redux with redux-saga #9

Main entry point is the main module under src.
Counter, button, gif modules are decoupled.
Cross-module communication is facilitated by main using sagas.
randomGif, randomGifPair, randomGifPairOrPairs` are almost fractal. :)
