update ko-KR translation #10

I created and edited locally for the first time using TortoiseGit.

👍 The file encoding is right, but those 3 lines have some unexpected characters, cause syntax error. Windows 10(zh-CN) + config.js($lang = 'ko-KR')

Maybe in your ko-KR OS is good(no syntax error), but would you change them to be four space characters like other lines?
