read esd and wim #62

Can let it not only read .wim but .esd ?

The ESD/WIM button can select the install.esd file. You mean the first Windows ISO mounted drive button?

The default Windows ISO file is install.esd, wimbuilder2 cannot select .esd. Indicates that both .wim and .esd need to be supported.
