PENetwork Patch Modification #68

Hello slore! Congratulations on the holidays! I have slightly changed the PENetwork patch so that some files are cleaned.

Hi, @rupelodn

Please create a new branch App\PENetwork for PENetwork, and make a pullreqeust. No need to merge the App\Explorer++ to the new branch.

I will merge it to origin/master later.

I hesitate on the App\Explorer++ branch. because the Shortcuts are created wherever possible. Not everybody needs the shortcuts everywhere. Them should be UI options, or be added in "Personal-Tailor(Post)"-"MyShortcuts". Give me some time to think about it.
