The unnecessary languages and two license files are cleaned. After startup WinPE, no one will read these licenses, and the language will not be changed either. I think there are no violations, because the archive with the original version of the program remains unchanged.

I will merge the pull request.

I think if it is good, I add a new macro --- DeleteAll, make the batch code be simplicity and easily understood.

I agree, if leave it as a sample for translators. I ran it completely without language files, everything works in English. So I decided not to leave it. By the way, the WinXShell interface has been translated into Russian. All xml in UTF-8 no bom. I didn't want to connect to another project - it's hard without vision. How can I forward this to you? I'll try to publish a link through Yandex disk, if github skips it.

Thanks for the translation. but I can't access the yadi.sk, My friend helped to download it, I will update for next release (2022.02.02 maybe?).
