App defraggler #73

Hi slore, Defraggler again. I hope everything is all right now.

Merge the branch with two more commits by git command.

code fixes:

change the line break of the files to CRLF
fix the indent
add quotes for the code --- if not "%WB_PE_LANG%"=="en-US"

changes:

use reg file than reg.exe add command (less code and faster)
change the startmenu shortcuts folder as the origin dfsetup222.exe (System Tools -> Defraggler)
update main.html to open the home page

Ok, i understood. I agree that .reg files are better. It's not always convenient for me to read a long log either. Specifically in the case of Defraggler, I tried to reduce the number of .reg files, but the code has grown. Let your patch with the .reg file remain.
