Include add-on signing override option. #38

Since Firefox add-on signing requirement can be disabled until 46 beta, include the options xpinstall.signatures.required in the gui:config add-on..

I couldn't get the add-on approved with this option in it. I'll try to talk to the reviewers again, but I'm not overly optimistic about it. For now it is not in builds for AMO.
