Switch to 1.3 after 1.4 issues, but walsh goes straight to help file when run #658

Had stalling issues with wash 1.4 on raspberry Pi, so I uninstalled 1.4 and 
installed 1.3.

Running walsh -i mon0 goes straight to help file instead of starting scan.

mon0 works fine with airodump-ng mon0.

Any pointers to help debug this issue would be most appreciated.
