My computer doesn't have the program needed to open the downloaded file??? #733

When I tried to install it told me that I didn't have the necessary program to 
open the file that it downloaded when I clicked the link. Please Help!!!

You have to be a lot more specific on what you tried to do.
- OS
- What you did to get the error
- what you have tried to solve it
- any logs you may have
