Definition of Done

The Country Club is ripe for the taking. Let's go in there a claim it as our own! We need to clear zombies in the club or surrounding area.

Reason why

Access to water, golf course to turn into crop fields, and a large parking lot for a fleet of cars.

Estimation of Effort

Quite a few well armed survivors. Vehicles to get to the location.
