Make it less sky-specific #24

Chromoscope should be usable for other types of mapping that aren't of the sky. A few things need to be changed. Make the default coordinate types (lat/lon) more like plugins that can be registered. Remove some of the default, fall-back language such as in the intro as it is can be customised in the language files anyway. Make sky-specific context menu options be plugins (e.g. Wikisky/WWT/Simbad/NED links) rather than default. Remove "of the sky" from help menu options in the default chromoscope.js (not in en.js).

Some of the language has been removed. Context-sensitive menu items can be added to (and potentially replaced).

This has mostly been done. I'm going to create a new issue for the coordinate systems.
