Feature request: signed r #12

Hi,

Would it be possible to include the signed r's, along with the r-squared? It would facilitate plotting LD heat maps.

Of course! That's a great suggestion.

Before you start using the proxysnps package, I would like to suggest that you check out this vignette showing how to use some other R packages to get LD statistics:

I need to either retire proxysnps or heavily modify it to be maintainable, so I would advise using other packages instead of proxysnps. I made this in a pinch when I needed it, and I've since learned that there are now other better options.
