Change debug Log file path ,not accessible in Android 13

I want to report certain issues and weird behavior with debug log file but In Android 13 , log file path Android/data/ is no longer accessible on android phone though may be accessible on computer. It will easy to send debug log for errors if accessible on android easily like creating log directory in default download path /Download/Warpinator/
